22.01.2022 It seems likes the good news just keeps coming. Whilst yesterday we were greeted with the good news that interest rates are now at an all time low, Westpac and CBA are offering a cashback rebate for customers who refinance their home or investment loan from another lending institution. With so many new loan products and offers on the market as we speak, the question remains - have you got the best home loan that suits your needs ? Why not give me a call to discuss
22.01.2022 As christmas quickly looms, maybe now is a good time to have a Home Loan health check. Those small unwanted loans and limited credit cards that aren't going away, can easily disappear by consolidating the debt using the equity within your exisitng home loan. Feel free to give me a call to discuss. The business end of the local Football starts this weekend when the mighty Diorites take on the Tigers in the second semi final.... Let's hope the blue and whites can get the job done !! See more
20.01.2022 Found this article today - a very interesting read. Guarantor loans are a way of assisting particularly First Home Owners without a deposit into purchasing their first home. Feel free to catch up if you would like to discuss further. I'm off to Perth for the Weekend to play some 8Ball - anyone else have any exciting plans ? :-)
18.01.2022 More good news as the Reserve Bank of Australia left the cash rate unchanged at 2% for the third month in a row. Feel free to give me a call and discuss your financial position. 8Ball finals for me tomorrow night / if we have a win we'll be straight into the Grand Final :-)
17.01.2022 Hi All Hoping we are now settled into 2016 /amazingly it's April already Good news on Tuesday as the Reserve Bank once again left interest rates on hold at 2% ... Low interest rates / buyers market - why would you want to be renting :-) Currently both Westpac and CBA are giving refinance rebates to potential clients that may not be happy with their current mortgage - yep that's correct / they are basically rewading you for lending within their bank - how crazy is that !! If you would like to catch up and look over where you stand, feel feel to give me a call or drop a line. The local Football season kicked off last weekend with those mighty Diorites starting the season off with a big win in their quest for back to back premierships Enjoy the rest of your week
17.01.2022 Look who's back on the track!

16.01.2022 Another interesting read in regards to how your interst rate is affected based upon the RBA rate. Heading to Esperance this weekend to watch the Goldfieds battle it out with Esperance in the annual AFL challenge match - let's hope we have a win :-)
16.01.2022 Can you believe it - It's February already !! A little bit of sanity re-enters our lives with the holiday period and school holidays all now just memories. So back to reality :-) As we speak interest rates are still at an all time low so buying that dream home still should be the aim. ... Wouldn't it be nice making weekly payments on your own home knowing they will be cheaper than the rent you are currently paying on someone elses ! Thanks something to think about Roll on the footy season
15.01.2022 Hi all well what an amazing few weeks. Mines Rovers capped a huge season when they won their 43rd premiership. The race round quickly came and went and the AFL season saw the Hawks justify their claims as the best team in the land. On the finance side of things, the Reserve Bank yet again left interest rates on hold.... The only downside has come with the abolishment of the First Home Owners Grant as od the 3rd October. But on saying that it's not all doom and gloom. With interests rates still at a record low and banks still willing to lend, now is still a great time to purchase your first house or enter into the investment market. Give me a call sometime and have a chat See more
15.01.2022 Some good news today from the RBA - interest rates are staying on hold. With interest rates being at an all time low, why would we want to be renting. Just got back from Country Week 8Ball in Perth. Lucky enough to be part of a winning team.... :-) See more
14.01.2022 Good to hear that the RBA have once again left the interest rates on hold. Feel free to give me a call and see how this can benefit you. After a few cold days and nights, the weather must know that footy finals are on the way - we can expexct the temperature to hit 30 next week
13.01.2022 The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) has left the official cash rate on hold at 2% at its second monetary policy board meeting for 2016. The cash rate was largely tipped to remain on hold today, with all 31 economists and analysts surveyed in finder.com.au’s monthly Reserve Bank survey agreeing the cash rate would steady. Speaking about the central bank’s decision, the chief executive of Mortgage Choice, John Flavell, said uplifting economic data would have pleased the RBA. ... Strong economic data, including moderate property price growth and a bounce back in consumer sentiment, provided the Reserve Bank of Australia with no reason to change the official cash rate.
13.01.2022 Hi all As we enter another year i thought it would be a good time to touch base and say hello :-) Every year we get asked the same questions : what goals have we set for the new year ? / any New Year resolutions ? Well maybe one goal we can set ourselves is to look at our financial position and set a " goal " to look back in another 12 months and feel we have accomplished something. With a new year upon us, maybe now is a good time to touch base about that house to purchase ...or those annoying debts that seemed to be there 12 months ago that still havn't disappeared. Feel free anytime to give me a call and have a stres free relaxing chat about ways in which i may be able to help 2016 be a little less stressful. My goals ? - hopefully being able to assist you :-) Footy season is once again quickly approaching - looking forward to watching Mines Rovers strive for " back to back " premierships.
07.01.2022 More good news for home owners. The reserve bank of Australia met today and slashed the official cash rate from 2% to an all time low of 1.75% - amazing So where does this leave you as a current and potential Home owner ? Feel free to drop me a line or give me a call to discuss your options - you may be pleasantly surprised at how much money you could be saving without even realising
06.01.2022 There are plenty of hidden secrets in paying your home loan off quicker without even knowing you are doing it. Give me a call sometime or drop me a line and i'll be happy to steer you in the right direction. Both Freo and West Coast tasted defeat last week. But i think it will be a different story this week.... Come Monday morning i'm thinking they will still be 1 and 2 on the ladder. Enjoy your weekend :-) See more
02.01.2022 Was just reading the attached article. Do you fit into this category maybe ? / feel free to drop me a line or give me a call to discuss. Freo on TV tonight - i think they will be winning again :-)
01.01.2022 The Reserve Bank has just announced that the official cash rate has been left at a record low 2.0 per cent for a third consecutive month. Feel free to give me a call and discuss your finance options. Amazingly the Dockers and Eagles are occupying the top 2 spots on the AFL ladder - Go WA !!
01.01.2022 The end of another financial year is just around the corner once again. It only seemed like yesterday that we were all visiting the tax man. Leading into the new financial year may also be a good opportunity to get a health check on your mortgage. I had some terrific exisiting clients of mine pay me a visit during the week. We reduced their home loan interest rate from 4.85% to 4,03% - a saving of nearly $800 per month / to pay off the same house - how crazy is that :-) The r...eality is if you havn't had your home loan looked at over the past few years, you more than likely are paying an interest rate way above what you should be Feel free to touch base and catch up for a chat. The local football resumes this weekend - let's hope those Diorites bounce back into some winning form against Kambalda See more
