"Be you, do you" and who's left will be who's meant to be there, you'll never please everyone so stop trying. 3. Jump on and then jump off once a day challenge, so essentially jump on post then get off without looking at anything, usually first thing in the morning so you start your day on your own self love rather than through social media. 4. 17.01.2022 & Who would like this little bad boy of a recipe which I have only filmed snippets of? There is so much flavour I've left out but honestly can say this meal is delicious!... Use two bowls *One with 2 eggs *One with Almond meal, Seasoning, salt, pepper & oregano *Cut chicken breast into thinner schnitzel sizes *Drop into egg then cover with coating from the other bowl *Line baking tray with non stick baking paper and place chicken on then place in preheated oven @ 180 degrees and leave for 15/20 before turning *Now peel sweet potato and cut into thin slices and add to boiling water on stove *Place foil on tray and add corn, drizzle with oil, salt, pepper & nutritional yeast then place in oven, turn at the same time as you turn the chicken *Mash potato with salt, pepper & seasoning *Throw baby spinach in bowl, dice pear and throw in, drizzle with walnuts & a light sprinkle of salad Parmesan then mix well *Add olive oil, balsamic, salt & pepper to a bowl then mix well *Pour over the top then toss salad *Serve and #tagme to #repost using #lifesyleprogram Enjoy See more
