16.01.2022 OPEN YOUR HEART, WIDE. WIDER. WIDER STILL An intuited soul sketch for Saturday in my art journal. It arrived with a message: When everything feels stuck or at a standstill, just remind yourself... in an ever-expanding Universe you and everything within it enters a new moment in every now point in time. Breathe with the divine flow streaming through you now, now and in the next now after that. Allow it to cleanse your perception, wash your vision clear of anything that is ...constricting your heart and the ancient wisdom + innate knowing pulsing through it. What’s softening the holy temple that is your heart? Flow with more of that. So much love for you. xx

14.01.2022 It’s always a gem of a start to the New Year when these guys arrive on Badnjak (the eve of Serbian Orthodox Christmas) to deliver their annual hamper to the founding Elders in the Serbian Community. Such an honour that Baka, our 92 year old grandma, is one of them. So much thanks to Serbian Chetniks Australia for this touching kindness, especially to these two today, Drazo and his son Luka. Made Baka’s day. p.s. I feel a bit teary even before writing this. We are in lockd...own for Serbian Orthodox Christmas here in our local area of Pittwater on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, which means staying home and no gatherings of any size at home at this time. So thankful this delivery was possible. And a bonus I got some hugs too. Sretan Badnjak. Merry Orthodox Christmas Eve. So much love for you. xx
