23.01.2022 A couple of big weeks with rental property renovations, tiling, laundry rebuilding and trying to complete two oiling deck jobs but the weather has not been kind. We need a dry 24 hours after oiling to ensure no water staining on the decking boards. Two jobs now lag over till May.

20.01.2022 Well again its been awhile between posts.... sorry. Lets start from the most recent week, this week. Finished painting the outside of a rendered house including the gutters and trimming a few trees Panel door to be done at a later date.

01.01.2022 In the previous three weeks, we have been maintaining body corporate and residential properties at New farm, Fig Tree Pocket and Parkinson doing various things like: paving, installing access path ways, drainage, installing storage cupboards, painting carpark lines, painting boundry fences, installing aluminium screens, gutter repairs, kitchen cupboard repairs, decking sanding and oiling. Its been a busy 5 weeks. We stepped into the Apartment complex at Southbank to reso...lve a few small maintenance issues and preparing to paint a couple of bathrooms. Well we're off to fly back home for a deserved 4 day break.
