06.01.2022 Minimise plastics, especially in fabrics. Plastic bottles do not look good, but it is the microplastics that are the problem, including microfibres... They are in our air, in our water, in our food and in us! We have no idea the health impacts of this, but they will not be positive!! Wear wool!!
