23.01.2022 Just bought myself the newest ‘nourish’ Magazine . Such a treat as I very rarely spoil myself with a magazine. But I thought I would share this section of the article as I felt in such a little section it gave me lots of motivation to help me along in the 30 days to healthy living program I am doing this month. I love the words ‘If you focus only on the foods you shouldn’t eat, you’re likely to feel deprived and start craving them more. Instead focus on the foods you can eat ...and enjoy’ and the whole idea of crowding out the less nutritious foods by eating more nutritious foods. Hope you get something out of it too. 23.01.2022 These bars are seriously YUMMY . Mine arrived yesterday. And the great thing is they are so filling! I ate mine at dinner time as I was heading out and new dinner wouldn’t be till quite late and well when dinnerbcame round I actually wasn’t that hungry!

19.01.2022 Experiment time Did the sun shine on me today in Newcastle!! It was a glorious 28 degrees. So I’ve decided maybe it’s time to get those white legs out from behind my . So tonight I thought I would use a some of the Arbonne self- tanner and show you all how great it is ( well I think it is, I’m certainly no pro at spray tans or self tans). ... So top tips for self tanning are Exfoliating Moisturising Before putting on your Self tanner. Tonight however I have only done one leg so I can show you in the morning the difference. I’ve only applied a small 20c coin amount, personally I don’t like to be too dark, I like the very natural look. If you like it dark however all you have to do is apply more. So I’ll see you in the morning. I may have to wear pants again tomorrow so I don’t look like a
