09.01.2022 I can confirm that these are tender, sticky and incredibly tasty ribs! Today I made a double batch along with 1kg of chilli mussels and crumbed calamari great lunch served with Pasta Dura loaf. In hindsight it would have followed nicely with mini cheese cakes in yougurt jars.
