An on the day coordinator is becoming a really popular option - we will look after both the set-up of the space by other vendors and ensure everything goes smoothly, while keeping problems away from you. Well meet before the wedding to go over the whole day, well get you to give us your timeline, floor plan, and pictures of how you want everything to look. We will make contact with the venue and suppliers prior to the wedding to let th...em know we are the point of contact, then its all down to us on the day We will be the point of contact on the day so you wont be bothered. We will be there to help and guide guests to the correct areas, we can assist fellow vendors working on the day and make sure everything runs on time! Need some decorations set up? No problem! For an extra fee we can do that as well Some problems we have come across and solved include: venue being locked and vendors not being able to get in and decorate! Running out of alcohol before the reception started! Crossed wires and venue not setting up decorations so we get it done! Being on the phone to the airport control to time releasing balloons between flights! These are things you dont want to know about, and why you need us in your day. We invest as much of our time doing on the day coordination as we would if we were planning the whole wedding.
