12.01.2022 I know I have recently posted this pair but it is a very intersting Multi gene combo.. Male is a Dajarra line Axanthic, from our Red line Gold Chin and carries the hypo gene. Last sesson he produced a few Axanthics, Hypo Axanthics, Hypo 100% Hets and some with smashing Gold chins when paired to his Dajarra Line 100% Het Gold Chinned Dam. This year he goes to a clutch mate that is poss het for Axanthic an obvious visual Black Patch & red and rich yellow in colouration. I would expect the hypo to pop up & fingers crossed for the axanthics and hypo axanthics. Super keen to see what combo animals we may hatch. Ps, this is straight off my mobile, there has been no enhancements in the pic.

07.01.2022 Unknowingly or impatient people dont read their females during breeding season and give up. This female is a biannual developer so we know we dont breed her every other year. This year, her developmemt year, she is extremely late. For the passed few weeks she has been showing me different signs indicating the follicles were growing and now finally ovulation.

07.01.2022 Well a 1st for us. Visual axanthic to a 100% Het Axanthic, both proven breeders and a result of a hat full of 100% Hets and 2 unfortunate Axanthics that didnt make it. The egg odds were certainly against us with this clutch..lol Not that I need anymore but atleast these hets are of a very high standard.
