24.01.2022 What fool starts digging a well when his house is already on fire? Cultivate your best life now!

23.01.2022 I love making pancakes on Sunday!! While I flip the pancakes, Ben makes the coffee and Oli keeps asking for jobs to do I make regular pancakes using wholewheat, buckwheat and tapioca for the kids and for myself I am LOVING this pancake recipe by Teresa Cutter https://www.thehealthychef.com//buckwheat-coconut-pancakes/

20.01.2022 This crispy baked Asian style Brussel sprout recipe was a definite winner with my teriyaki salmon ! http://thebakermama.com/reci/crispy-asian-brussels-sprouts/

19.01.2022 Just made this delicious slow cooker Asian chicken - served with brown rice and veggies. Chucked it in when Sylvie had her sleep and ready for dinner. A hit with Oli too! http://www.wickedspatula.com/paleo-slow-cooker-sesame-chic/

18.01.2022 A really delicious cookie recipe - wholesome and simple. Perfect for baking with kids http://www.chelseasmessyapron.com/the-best-healthy-oatmeal/

15.01.2022 Went to a workshop at my beautiful yoga studio last night with an expert on chakras. Try meditating on each of your chakras, picturing a flower. Is your flower open or closed? What colour is it? Chakras are our energy points and can be connected to physical things in our bodies. For example, the blockage of my sacral chakra possibly played a part in my fertility issues. Feelings associated would be a lack of self worth. Incredible what this uncovers! Location of main chakras are crown, third eye, threat, heart, solar plexus, sacrum (just below belly button) and tail bone http://www.color-wheel-pro.com/color-meaning.html

14.01.2022 Healthy and super easy home made ice blocks!!! I buy the Nudie fresh fruit and vegetable juices (which have super good flavours) and pour them into moulds - freeze and enjoy - without the added sugars, colours and preservatives!

12.01.2022 Another amazing salad from my favourite book at the moment. A must buy - full of beautiful salads! Zaatar roasted carrots with kale, freekeh (although I used brown rice) and orange maple dressing http://thedesignfiles.net//tasty-tuesday-zaatar-roasted-c/

11.01.2022 I know pumpkin soup is pumpkin soup but this recipe is not only simple but really delicious! The chickpea migas are a different and yummy addition (leftovers great to sprinkle on salad!) http://www.foodtolove.co.nz//roasted-pumpkin-soup-with-chi

11.01.2022 These were a hit! Easy and fun to make with the kids - even though we didn't have teddy bear cutters! Tiny teddies! http://www.prettyweethings.com//healthy-tiny-teddy-cookies/

07.01.2022 I am always searching for recipes to spice up my porridge a little. This version using amaranth is delicious - a little more time consuming but worth the wait. Toast some walnuts to crumble on top while you wait!! The caramelised plums were so delish I added them to other types of porridge as well. I served mine with vanilla yoghurt and toasted walnuts https://www.cooked.com.au//Amaranth-porridge-with-carameli
