23.01.2022 Flying Etihad?? Thinking about a Stopover?? My absolutely gorgeous room at the St Regis Abu Dhabi enroute to Spain. It was so good to break up the trip and Abu Dhabi was a lot more interesting than I expected. This hotel was stunning with a fantastic breakfast. It has a beach club with a swimming pool that you could spend all day in! It was so nice to get some sunshine after the cold Perth weather! Even just having a stopover where all you do is lie by a pool to actually start the "wind down process" is divine. The bedrooms were one of the nicest Ive stayed in with the most comfortable bed and pillows, as well as all your expected bathroom amenities and butler service. 02.01.2022 Hello Travellers !! I just got back from an amazing trip to Singapore - this city makes me fall in love even more with each visit! Here are my top 15 tips for a visit: 1. Have a drink at Sunset at the Fullerton Bay Hotel Rooftop Restaurant and overlook the marina for the most incredible views of Singapore 2. Enjoy a Singapore Sling 3. Go for a High Tea at the Raffles or one of the many Twinnings Tea Houses... 4. Eat at Chinatown and if youre game like me - get a Henna Tattoo as a take home reminder for a little while 5. Visit Sentosa - (a family paradise) the Cable Car and Universal Studios theme park is so fun! 6. If you have the opportunity to stay a few nights at the Marina Bay Sands - do it - that view from the Infinity Pool is just incredible & how many times do you get to stay in the 4th most expensively built hotel in the world?! 7. Try the Chilli Crab 8. Cruise in an Electric River Boat on water that its so clean its drinkable! 9. Try a giant cocktail in Clarke Quay or a Tiger beer in one of the many bars & Restaurants scattered along the water 10. Do Night Zoo Safari Tour 11. Make sure you do not miss the Gardens by the Bay as this is one of my favourite attractions in this city! These two giant domes are just phenomenal! 12. If you like to shop trendy - this is your place - such fun designer and big name stores with the latest looks - treat yourself! 13. Do not chew chewing gum - its a massive offence that could land you in jail - same as littering & jaywalking ! 14. Taxis are regulated by the government to look after their travellers and ensure they dont take you on a "wondering journey" ... So confidently use their services 15.
