Make your self count in your world and then find your unique tribe, the ones that love and honour you as much as you honour and love yourself. Im having an amazing time enjoying me, learning to love my body, my essence, connecting with parts of myself I thought were lost or never found, there has been quite a few tearsbut so many moments that I could never put into words only feel and its been so gratifying. 40 years and 10 months and I can finally say I true LOVE BEING ME .

07.01.2022 Sending you all love and a little message of " it is ok to rest, relax and let go of those high expectations, to replace the mental dialogue of " your being lazy, you should be doing blah blah blah" to thanking yourself for honouring your body the time that it needs to rest and play catch up. Something that i thought i had learnt to do but until just recently, listening and feeling into my own mental dialogue, realised it's still a working progress. With everything that's... been going on in the world, in the media, tv and social, my business, teachers training, building and returning to the south all on hold for now, i've felt like I've been on a bit of a roller coaster. Not at all in a bad way but been able to look at myself inside to out. This is my list of things I will be working on with my Kinesiologist when business gets back on track............. What are some of the things your noticing about yourself, that you would like to be different.......... # I have more patience than I had, but i am quite away away from being truly patient. # My physical body, neck, shoulders, hips and knees are sore and not fluid, and need some physical release done in those areas. # I lack motivation and drive lately, with underlining sabotage behaviour. ( my consciousness knows what it wants and needs to be fit and healthy, and for some reason my subconscious is running rings around it and not wanting to be at the same party) sadly my subconscious has been winning that battle and there's a lack of partying going on in my body # I want to work on being able to stay in my heart centre at all times and to be able to come from a place of love, yes I've noticed my flaw of over reacting and anger that has arisen to situations currently like the 5G roll out, talk of mandatory vaccinations, freedom. 07.01.2022 "Where are we going Piglet?" asked Pooh. "We need to get supplies," said Piglet. "For the Coronavirus" "Ahh," said Pooh, nodding in understanding. "Things like ...bread, milk, cough mixture, tissues and cat litter even though we dont have a cat?" Piglet did a little laugh, and a sort of leap and bit of a cough. "No," said Piglet. "No, those arent the sort of supplies we need at all! What we need are family sized bags of chocolate buttons, massive toblerone, jelly babies and crunchies and a freezer full of stuffed crust pizzas, and all of the Prosecco that we can possibly carry, so that when we get quarantined we wont mind it even slightly. THOSE are supplies." All of a sudden, Pooh thought that the idea of coronavirus didnt seem quite so bad, and actually, getting quarantined with Piglet and their supplies really didnt sound such a terrible thing after all. "Oh Piglet," said Pooh. "I really do think you are a very wise animal." As they walked along they spotted Eeyore stood by a stream watching the sticks float by..... Hello Eeyore. Said Pooh, were off to buy supplies to sit out the quarantine, would you like to come? No thank you. Said Eeyore Im just going to stand here, look at the stream and contemplate the Economic impact of a media induced panic that several companies are projecting folding straight out of Brexit. Also the NHS being brought to its knees by a huge panic, and the social impact of people distrusting others because they look or are associated with China. People are dumb. Well thats sad. Said Pooh I much prefer getting shitfaced and eating Pizza. The ironic thing. Smiled Eeyore is that Panic induces the Stress Response, and the first thing the stress response does is switch off the immune system. Huh. Said Pooh. why would the media do that. I dont know. Said Eeyore I just watch sticks.

06.01.2022 Studies are just coming out now about the importance of diet and gut health. As a Kinesiologist, as well as first hand experience I know the huge impacts on all the bodys systems when it comes to poor gut heal. Depression, anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, the list goes on and those things be coming straight from the gut. The most powerful tool a kinesiologist has is the ability to test a persons body individually, for foods that the its highly reactive to. Foodthat could be said to be a super food, a new health craze, one that we all want to jump on and feel great and healthy but also one that could actually be causing you inflammation and poor health.
