04.01.2022 When your Invisalign doubles up as a jaw contour Has anyone else with Invisalign/braces noticed a change in their face shape? For me personally, I think it has a lot to do with not being able to snack as I often as Id like since I have to wear my aligners 22 hours a day, which means only having 2 hours to eat all my meals for the whole day. Also, having to take my aligners off, eat, floss and brush my teeth after every meal has made me question everything I want to eat ( ...is this piece of cake really worth it? ) Less snacking has definitely resulted in some weight loss especially noticeable on my face. But overall I am loving the whole Invisalign journey and how much my smile has improved! Cant wait to show you guys the final results once Im done.
