21.01.2022 Annie’s current physique, 4 years into her fitness journey Annie’s competed twice in the past, but dedicated the last two years on building muscle. She is consistent, tracks macros, trains hard, and it shows. I can’t wait to see her onstage again very soon @annalise_otoole #icnbikini #icnswimsuit #icompete #anb #bikinimodel #flexibledieting #hardworkpaysoff #fitnessjourney #fitnessmodel #iifym #macrotracking

17.01.2022 Reached the ripe old age of 37 on Monday (not 27 as many people seem to think ). Life is good I’ve been working from home since gyms shut down, wasn’t too happy about it at first if i’m honest but I’ve ended up loving this time, getting creative, and working on aspects of my business that I could only really have dreamed of having the space/time/energy to do before. Can’t wait to share it with you all later this year PS - looks like gyms are opening on SATURDAY. Exciting, right!?

10.01.2022 New post up on the blog WHAT SILVER LINING, you ask?? There is always one. You just need to look for it. I wrote this article way back when the lockdowns started, but it applies every day of the week as we always have times where we struggle with adversity whether it be a change in climate, friendships, a breakup, the end of a job, etc. Name your struggle. ... Changing your physical state, and changing your perspective are key. One of the most important parts of building resilience lies not in how many adverse circumstances you are faced with, but how you overcome them. In the post I outline my favourite, tried and tested way to find a silver lining.... http://jeniferlee.com.au/finding-a-silver-lining-in-times-/

09.01.2022 Happy new year! And what a weird year 2020 was... Wishing everyone a great 2021, hope you all have heaps of goals to chase and even moreso that all your dreams come true! I actually had a great 2020, despite the drama, and I would say my biggest revelation was that I have everything I every need right on my doorstep. So that’s a nice feeling and I have my friends, family and clients to thank for that ... I’ve got a lot of cool things coming this year, like, a few-years-in-the-making kinda cool, so I can’t wait to share with everyone soon! My New Years ‘resolution’ is to drink less caffeine (which I’ve already started) AND my other goal is to show up more consistently on social media. That’s the 100th time I’ve said that but this time I mean it I get very caught up in the moment that documenting and/or sharing on social doesn’t happen as often as I would like and maybe, just maybe I have some help on the way for this aspect ;) It’s exciting times ahead

01.01.2022 WEIGHT LOSS ISN'T EVERYTHING. It's nothing really. What is everything are the changes in your life and mindset that come from the journey As much as most of my clients sign up with me for weight loss, I see time and time again, weight loss is really not their number one concern. They just want to feel good in their own skin and that’s something that has eluded them for so long These past few weeks, I've witnessed transformations from my clients that have NOTHING to do with w...eight loss. Now that I’m back on Insta (hello!) I’m going to share a few; One client says to me she's finally realised she's allowed to be happy, after a lifetime of struggling with self-worth and trauma Another says she is DONE dieting. She’s been dieting for as long as she can remember and finally realises she looks amazing when she sees herself in the mirror and is ready to own it. Thirdly, after years of on-and-off dieting, one client says she had a meal off her plan and for the first time didn't beat herself up or feel guilty about it Another says now that she's got a handle on her training and nutrition, she recognises that she has low self-esteem and will now turn her attention towards transforming that Lastly, a girl who is constantly anxious tells me she’s cool with whatever comes of her transformation, because it’s the journey that means everything to her. These are not weight loss wins, or body transformation wins. They're bigger wins that trump weight loss, brought about through lifestyle/mindset change. If aiming to change your body, be sure to notice ALL the wins. Body changes are cool, but the benefits run deeper than that
