19.01.2022 We have now moved into our new visited office premises at 3/66 Poinciana Avenue Tewantin, almost seemlessly. Thanks a bunch for your support and we look forward to an equally successful 2016 as 2015 was.

18.01.2022 Well we thought the phone Gods may have smiled when Telstra finally appeared. Wrong. The Gremlins still exist. It now appears that the last tenant had the phones on divert and Telstra couldn't undo it. The Techie was brilliant but alas no joy. Seems that Noosa businesses run on Thai time. We called one company 2 weeks ago tomorrow (Tuesday) and they promised to call us back with a time, well Father Time is getting older. So we will just have to do something else. Hope clients know smoke signals as it seems to be getting to be the only method of contact. Anyway, should anyone need to contact us in the near future, please call the MAROOCHYDORE Office on 54433201 (those phones work properly) Thank you all for your patience.

16.01.2022 Hi. Just wanted to let everyone know that good old Telstra have struck again. We are having phone dramas and the phones and faxes are not working at the moment. Yes we have paid the bill. So if you need to contact us, please call our MAROOCHYDORE Office (HSH Lawyers) on 54433201. You should be able to speak to the person you want, or someone will take a message for you. We apologise for the inconvenience. We have been advised that Telstra are working on the problem.

08.01.2022 Hi. Just an update on our situation. Telstra have struck again. When we moved office they were supposed to move the phones to that location. Yeah right. Anyway turns out that they moved part of the operation but the left hand forgot to tell someone that the rest of the move order had to be completed.We didn't discover this until after about 3 weeks when we wondered why phones weren't ringing and didn't appear to work properly. So long story short they (the Telstra God) says ...be fixed on 22nd (another 3 weeks after fault reported). If you need to contact us for any reason or assistance please call our MAROOCHYDORE office on 5443 3201. Hopefully this debacle will be fixed next week. Thank you all

08.01.2022 Well we thought the phones would be fixed but after waiting 4 and half hours yesterday the Telstra Gods called and said sorry we are far too busy to get it done today. So now they supposed to be coming next Thursday. Stupid thing is that apparently they have it listed for Monday still which was the original day it was to be done before the "Escalation" to last Friday - maybe they should start a new word "jokation" as that is what they are a joke. If they weren't a monopoly th...ey'd go broke because no one would use their "service"? So fingers crossed and we humbly apologise to all our clients and thank you for your patience and support.
