09.01.2022 We arrived safely in Conakry, Guinea, West Africa last Saturday 11th August after sailing the North Atlantic Ocean for five and a half days. 06.01.2022 Well, its been quite a while since I updated this page and a lot has happened in that time. My bookkeeping department has merged with Ideal Offices in Sydney to create "Ideal Bookkeeping". This will allow me personally to take some much needed time off. As of March 1 I will be moving into "extended long service leave". During that time I will be serving on the Africa Mercy in Madagascar and South Africa. This is a very exciting new chapter in my personal life as well a...s the life of my business. 05.01.2022 9 months on and how things can change. The Africa Mercy trip had to be cancelled due to one of my sons having a serious dirt bike accident. Thankfully he is well on the mend and getting back to work and building a new life around what the doctors have called a life changing injury. As disappointed as I was at not being able to go to Madagascar, I have been able to get involved with some local NFP's and offer some much needed support to our homeless community, and this I ...plan to be ongoing, as well as providing some casual admin support to the wonderful team at World Vision Australia. My bookkeeping business appears to be finding a new life of its own and I am actually enjoying being behind the keyboard occasionally now.
