22.01.2022 AMAZING DAY AT EASTLANDS Today I had the privilege of meeting a lovely lady who has struggled with her "dark circles" under her eyes for a very long time Although this treatment does not change the pigmentation under the eye, it can help to take away the shadow created by the hollowing of the medial (closest to the midline) cheek and tear troughs (TT: sunken under eye) due to tissue and volume loss ... We used 0.5mL of dermal filler to replace the cheek volume in both sides and 0.3 & 0.4mL into both tear troughs (the left side required a little extra). We were even able to use the little extra to give hydration to her lips (0.3mL). We used a total of 2mL less than half of a TEASPOON The client was extremely happy with the results! The photos dont even give the results justice N.B. with TT we will often undertreat as the product will continue to volumise of the next 4 weeks as it settles and intergrates with your skins natural hyraulonic acid Thank you to my beautiful client for letting me share her results Individual results vary. Filler can hydrate and fill the area over the coming months. you dont want to be completely corrected at your initial treatment ... this location is in a HIGH RISK area; there are A LOT of blood vessels and nerves, amongst other things, to consider in this area It is one of the RISKIEST procedures that I do. .. and it isnt even possibility for most clients...despite what you may think.
