13.01.2022 Hi everyone As some of you know I am cutting back on grooming so hours are strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY, if you call or text please leave a message and I will get back to you ASAP. There will be an appropriate price rise for some that I will let you know about on your next appointment . This year there will be a late and no show policy put in place. Please let me know 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to make it. A full grooming fee will apply for no shows... . If 15 minutes or more late I may not have time to groom your dog and a full grooming fee will apply . And a $1 a minute fee will apply for late pick ups. Thank you all for understanding !

11.01.2022 Hi Everyone I hope you are all staying well and safe at the moment There are new precautions I need to take to stop spread of Covid19 coming through the salon, some are thinking it is a bit over the top but I need to take steps to stop not only my family being at risk of contracting the virus but also all of my customers! Please if you have been unwell or have been in contact with anyone that has been unwell or has traveled over seas or within Australia call or text to res...chedule your appointment If you are well and have not been in contact with anyone who has been unwell or that has traveled I will ask if you would mind getting your dog out of the car and I will collect them from you with gloves on outside, if you have more then one I will collect them separately, the procedure applies for pick up too......please do not come into the salon If you see another customer is here at the same time please wait in your car till they have gone I won't be taking cash at the moment, bank transfers only sorry and I'll texting appointment dates through after the groom Thank you for all your support, Please stay safe and well !

03.01.2022 Merry Christmas everyone!!! The salon will be open again on the 7th of Jan! Just a few things to mention for next year, please respect that this is my home and sometimes I won't be working if I am sick etc , hence why it is appointment only and I have set hours. Also please always have your dog on leash, not every dog is friendly and unfortunately for next year I will be bringing in a payment fee for no shows and a late fee. On a happier note thank you to everyone for all your support and all my beautiful gifts! Got very spoilt!!! Hope you and your fur babies have a beautiful Christmas this year
