25.01.2022 The christmas/new year period can be a extremely tricky time for some people. For so many, it doesn't mean family and celebration, it reminds them of hurt and loss Just a gentle reminder during this time of the year when people are on holidays, the shops are busy and we've all had a wildly different experienced of an 'interesting' year Control what you can and take care of you & a very happy Tuesday



25.01.2022 They're never too young to start instilling healthy habits. .. This starts with what they eat, how much they eat and teaching them to be intuitive to how food makes them feel. .. It is also so much about moving their bodies. ... .. My babes know the gym is one of my non negotiables and all the reasons why. .. Today we got to workout together . Not only did they get to see where I exercise, they also saw how fun exercise can/should be! .. We followed up our workout with a good source of protein, fats and carbs with eggs on toast then later a nutritious lunch of chicken rice and veg .. Sh'bam today, body combat tomorrow and it's all part of my gym membership which is pretty darn rad. See more

24.01.2022 Every morning for the past 6 years I've kicked off my morning with a meal replacement shake. .. Get in may belly vanilla chai, dairy free goodness . .. Eating a meal first thing was never something I looked forward to, despite always being hungry.... .. For years I struggled through eating various meals trying to find something that didn't make me feel sick for a good part of the morning. .. Meal replacement shakes always had such a bad wrap, apparently they are the "unhealthy" alternative to a meal, so that wasn't really considered as an option. .. As I learnt more about nutrition and the key to maintain weight loss, for me not eating breakfast was far worse health wise. .. As I made the family pancakes this morning, I sat down to enjoy my shake as I do every morning and thought I'd share with you how much I look forward to my breakfast....now. .. Meal replacements are only unhealthy if you abuse them and let's face it there's some ones out there that lack any nutritional density . .. If you too struggle with eating breakfast, perhaps try a meal replacement shake, it's changed how I view breakfast forever See more

15.01.2022 Kicking off a 28 day reset after a beautifully indulgent summer holiday .. Seeking some of this in your Feb? Feel free to tag along for the accountability. .. The parameters are set solely by you and I'll just be your support buddy. ... .. Starting with giving the booze a boot #febfast .. Focusing on plant based whole food diet. Zero processed foods. .. Couple of intermittent fast days to cleanse the gut and organs of free radicals. .. Back on the blades for added cardiovascular fitness. .. And whatever else I decide along the way! .. Nothing I love more than pushing the limits of my mindset and rising to a challenge whenever the opportunity presents itself. .. Grateful to have mates like Heather to keep me accountable too .. Plenty of events this month to test our resolve, but I am KEEN AS MUSTARD! See more
