22.01.2022 YES I have rolls when I sit down Those of you who’ve followed me for a while will know I’m a lot bigger compared to 10 months ago. Truth is back then I was so beyond unhealthy, I was barely functioning. ... This journey I’ve been on has been incredibly healing, I’ve got my health back & more all while learning to love myself for who I am, no matter what I look like. I went from 67kg in March - 89kg in Sept - 81kg Now I think my natural set weight will be about 77kg but whatever it is, il love myself regardless. So what did I do? In short, I let my body eat whatever it wants when it wants it, since I embarked on this journey, I’ve not restricted myself once. Now, I continue to eat what I want. Sometimes 1 meals a day, others 3 With the right whole foods, lifestyle and belief in yourself, your body will heal itself.

20.01.2022 I’M MOVING TO BALI In September - As long as the borders open I’m so fucking happy I used the past year of my life to create something amazing instead of sitting around complaining or partying. ... 13.01.2022 Perspective is such an interesting thing, isn’t it? The way we see things, Our outlook on situations,... How we judge one another’s actions. Our upbringing, experiences & environment shape our perspective. Isn’t it crazy to think, changing them three aspects of our life would leave us with a completely different perspective? Guess that got me thinking.

10.01.2022 PLANT PLANTS AND MORE It’s hard for me to think I ever ate meat now, I really can’t imagine enjoying it like I used to. Not now knowing what eating meat supports. Don’t get me wrong I don’t judge people that still do, I never will, but I am very happy more and more people are becoming aware of facts that were once hidden. ... Even them small changes make a huge difference.
