06.01.2022 CANCELATION POLICY I understand that life can be unpredictable and that from time to time things happen which may result in you having to reschedule or cancel... a clean. I will do my very best to accommodate you in every way I can, all I ask is that you give me at least 48 HOURS NOTICE. Please understand that time is money and if you do not give me notice, I waste precious hours travelling to your location unnecessarily when I could be working at another job. If you neglect to give me notice I will have no choice but to apply a non-cancellation fee of 20% of the service fee. This fee will also be applied if I am booked for a job and im unable to access your home at the booked time. I will, however endeavour to contact you and allow 15 minutes leeway in case you are running late. Thank you for your co-operation. Jennie
