Ingredients -2 sweet potatoes boiled - cup almond butter (I made by own by putting almonds in the oven and then putting them in the high speed blender for about 10 minutes, scraping down the sides every so often) -4 tablespoons of coconut milk -1 teasp salt -1 teasp vanilla extract Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 15.01.2022 Apple Crumble By Jennifer Gallanagh This is an easy dessert or breakfast treat if you are following a low histamine diet. ... 1 large apple (peeled and sliced) 1.5 cups of gluten free oats 1 tbsp. coconut sugar 1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted) Preheat oven to 190C. In a food processor or blender pulse the oats until it resembles flour. Add the oat flour to a bowl and add the coconut sugar and mix together. Add the coconut oil and mix with a fork. Spread the sliced apples on a baking dish and cover with oat mixture. Place in oven and bake at for 25 30 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve with coconut yoghurt and enjoy!
