21.01.2022 Asher and I found some skeletal leaves in the park this morning so we did some gelli printing. Ash has asked the names for gelli plate and brayer so he can show and tell at preschool.

09.01.2022 I was hunting through a folder of old artworks and came across this one. I thought I had thrown it away as it was water damaged some time ago. So pleased I kept it. I made stamps and stencils, then hand painted and stamped tissue paper in black and white. Then created a collaged abstract figure shape with the made papers, glazed them with colours and painted the face separately before collaging it on. The fruit bowls in the foreground are separate hand painted collage pieces. She is very West Indian looking, all from imagination.
