23.01.2022 Friday I got the big "don't do it" sign from Spirit. As most of you might know I've been battling a severe bowel infection for 5 weeks and unfortunately it's impaired my body considerably but as I am a very proud teacher & I can honestly say"I'm a damn good teacher" I knew I could have battled on & taught a Reiki course this weekend, but I knew my students wouldn't have the best of me. Friday was the day I was going to decide if it was going ahead as I was so unsure. I went i...nto the studio first thing in the morning, it was 7am & when I went to turn on the lights it went boom, blew all 7 lights & flicked the safety switch. I instantly said "f#ck" but I knew it was the message I needed to hear. I knew I wasn't listening to my body. I wanted to be the clearest strongest channel when I do initiations so I postponed the course until November because I don't want to give half of me & half of what I know my students deserve. It was in that morning that I saw all of Spirits messages for the year collected together & I understood the direction they want me to go. Is my diverticulitis the big kick up my bum (literally) because I sometimes do "my human thing" & don't"hear" the message clearly. Do you hear your guides messages & don't hear the message clearly? I love the Angel Tarot by Raleigh Valentine & Doreen Virtue because it has some wording on it. I find they make them easy to read. 3. This is the go-to for most tarot readers starting out. 4. Traditional or Modern: When it comes to tarot decks that are two typestraditional and modern. 09.01.2022 Are you in a constant battle with yourself? We do so much to our vessel. Think about it.....Do you negatively talk to yourself? Talk yourself down. There have been studies on doing this to plants. Those that are spoken to lovingly thrive. When was the last time you were "kind" to yourself. Loving ourselves is more than just what we say to ourselves. What about your body??? Do you put junk inside your vessel rather than filling it with nourishing foods? Would you put sugar in... your petrol tank and still expect your car to work? Do you workout so hard to be fit & healthy, pound the road running, working out so hard till you throw up and then feel physical pain for days? Work hard to look good, when really, it's stressing & overburdening your body? What are you trying to accomplish? Is it recognition? Do you feel you need to look a certain way to get attention or for others to love you? When are you kind to your vessel? What about your face? Are you injecting yourself with artificial substances in the name of "beauty"? Altering your immune system with foreign objects. Getting bones smashed & reshaped because you feel "ugly"??? Is this being kind to yourself? Is that telling your body "it is enough"? Are you doing this because you are "unhappy" how you look? What does that tell your child about self love & acceptance? I could go on & on & look, I too was like that once. In my youth I felt I wasn't enough because I didn't have boobs? I based my self worth on 2 lumps of fat on my chest. I felt I wasn't beautiful, I thought no guy would find me attractive, I thought I needed them for self worth. OMG if I could tell that girl how it would wreck my immune system forever. When I removed them for my health, I cried, they were my image. I mean, WTF, I based my identity on a set of boobs? I'm still learning to love my body & not fight with it. It's actually an unlearning of thoughts & feelings. I know that I love & value her (my body) so much more now. 07.01.2022 7 years ago I did something right. I managed to manifest my forever love and today I celebrated our union. Check out the beam from the sky Never a day goes past without being eternally grateful for the day that my hubby came into my life. Our love has been a wonderful journey that continues without an end just like our wedding rings. I definitely hit the jackpot with my manifesting that's for sure. 03.01.2022 Morning viewtoday got me like It's Beautiful. We're right on a golf course (that was for hubby), right near the sea (that was for me). Got my insense on, got my coffee bliss.
