Hand sanitizer will be available for use prior to your treatment A fitted face mask must be worn for the entire duration of your appointment Please ensure to use the bathroom BEFORE you arrive to your appointment unfortunately i CANNOT allow facilities to be used at this time. Thank you for understanding. Lastly, if you tend to get chilly during your appointment please feel free to bring your comfy blanket or robe. 12.01.2022 Dull, Dry Winter Skin still happening now it's spring - Well I Have The Answer To Your Skincare Prayers?! Spring weather is fast approaching, there is a definite warmth in the air and we've all started to turn that heating off (thank god) But you know what that means? It's time get rid of that dry, itchy, dull winter skin and bring on the spring & summer GLOW I'm sure you know what I mean when I say that heavy winter skincare routine just no longer fits. ... I've spent years struggling with the winter to spring/ summer transition. I realised that just because I have a 'dry skin' it doesn't mean I have to keep lathering over these sunny months. I simply change a few steps and products to keep my skin hydrated so it doesn't feel heavy but still nourished, fresh and I now get that sort-after glow YAY. I'm super excited that I'll be sharing my top tips for the Ultimate spring/summer skin in my private group over the next few days. I can't be the only one with great skin it wouldn't be fair if I didn't share. So remember if you don't sort this out now, who knows what your skin will be looking and feeling like by autumn? My Last day of salon work will be Thursday 11th March! I’m literally seeing you all until the very waddling end so please message me to get your appointment in ASAP. My plan is to be back a month after he is born (I know you will all survive as you did in lockdown) but of course I very much look forward to seeing you all and to be back doing what I love. 01.01.2022 CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING I strive to accommodate our clients to the best of my ability. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours * before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. ... A $60 holding deposit is required to hold appointments for All Full Sets of lashes & $40 for Full sets of Nails. If you choose not to pay the holding deposit, we will not hold your appointment time or date. You will be billed a $50 cancellation fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 - hours before the appointment time. * No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. * Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments. * All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone or text. LATE ARRIVALS We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. * While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. * Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect. Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable myself (or even by you), and whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. I do offer a Free removal should this unfortunate event occur and they ask you contact me immediately when you become aware so I can assist you as quickly as possible. PAYMENT We accept Cash and Bank Transfer. Note; If you are paying Via Bank transfer you must show proof before your appointment via text.
