Do you know that a female pelvis can also be called the bony cradle. Mostly the pelvis is made up of one piece. But in fact it is made up of three bones. The downward pointing triangle of the sacrum in the back. The two wing-like iliac bones that form the front and sides of the bony bowl. ... Then to add more magic to the pelvic bowl we have the pelvic floor muscles. Or PC muscle as I like to call it. The pelvic bowl is the heart of your female body. When you learn to connect with your bowl you can open a deep connection between your creative energy flow and the core of your body to reclaim the radiance this is your birthright.
