24.01.2022 Nothing like Cob loaf dip whilst watching Football I used the high heat function to fry off my bacon, garlic and onion before throwing in my cream cheese, sour cream and cheese (I grate the cheese and leave in the fridge in a container so I can always skip that as a step). 19.01.2022 My baby boy turned 10 today. As I also have a 3 month old, four year old and recently began a new full time role, I toyed with buying a cake. After 10 years of this mumma fumbling through the task of bringing my sons visions for his cake to life, I couldn't bring myself to outsource this one. I used the easiest, quickest and most delicious cake recipe by a great friend and consultant Selina Mason (on the RC) paired with the buttercream from Hip hip hooray collection on Cooki...doo (I added 50g of cocoa) and topped with chocolate ganache for the drip. The taste is insane and it was incredible how quick and easy (cheap even) this cake was. Thermomix TM6, saving my sanity regularly. #ThermoMAD

06.01.2022 Cottage pie with a twist hit the spot just right tonight. This recipe is an old handwritten fave I found god knows where years ago and I do a hybrid of stovetop and thermie for this one. In the TM6:... Chopping vegetables, mincing garlic and onion, mincing meat and of course, the best ever mashed potatoes (with a sweet potato thrown in for good measure) It's cheap, nutritious, delicious and oh so filling which was perfect for today's cold, wet weather here in Kal. What's your fave hearty cold-day dish?

03.01.2022 I absolutely love the Sour Cream Enchiladas recipe and it is such an easy, delicious and versatile filling If doing keto/lchf you can easily edit to use as a stuffing in a zucchini Such a large recipe (our family barely made a dent in it so great for large families)... Any excess filling freezes well You can make your own wraps/tortillas in minutes at a fraction of the cost (recipe on cookidoo) Did I mention how yummy it is???

I mean, pretzels Seriously though, don't make them with kids if you want them to look perfect but do make them if you want to have a bit of a giggle in the process.... Super simple and simply delicious Edited to add: I tried these in both the air fryer and oven and both were the same result
