11.01.2022 Cleaning out the garage today I found these pics from a vision board I made back in 2015, when I decided to start playing music again. I stuck photos of my head on top of pictures that represented where I wanted to be, which at the time was so far from the truth! I had a dream that maybe one day I might make an album and have a CD with my name on it (CD’s are sooooo old school now ). I also visualized learning to produce music and becoming a music producer. It’s so cool to l...ook back on these pictures now and see that much of what I dreamt about has come true! Even the music video for ‘Sleep Little One’ features me on a big, black, Grand Piano (see bio)!!!! Just goes to show the power of visualization and the power of our mind! So go forth... and DREAM BIG!!!!!
08.01.2022 My song ‘Butterfly’ is about a time when I experienced some of the biggest changes in my life. I had lost my child and was questioning my entire belief system. Whilst this unwanted change was full of pain and sadness... it also led to some major transformations in my life. We often don’t like change- it brings in the unknown and the uncertain, which we’ve been programmed to fear. Yet it’s only within change that we truly discover who we are and what we are capable of.... Back then I had no idea I was capable of making a music album... Today my song Butterfly has been selected to be featured on today’s Woman of Substance Radio Show episode #1220 Here’s to change...

As I mindfully reflect on the past 10 years I recognize how much I have evolved and the great many blessings that have been put on my path since that dreadful day.
