21.01.2022 How cute are these - strawberries dipped in white chocolate and the Rose White chocolate and pistachio dukkah. You could use any of the sweet dukkahs and either milk or white chocolate for something different.

15.01.2022 For an easy dinner coat some chicken or fish with Asian Stir Fry seasoning and Asian Flavoured olive oil. Cook in pan to enhance herbs and serve with your favourite veggies.
04.01.2022 Moroccan cous cous served with Harissa spiced lamb cutlets and marinated baked veggies. Just mix in tablespoon of Moroccan cous cous blend to cooked cous cous. Mix tbspn Harissa powder with 1/2 cup European yoghurt and coat cutlets. Leave them to sit in fridge for couple of hours if you have time before cooking. Chop potatoe, sweet potatoe, salad onion, carrots & beet root and coat lightly with balsamic vinegar and Aussie roast spices. Bake in oven for 30 mins or so till cooked. The smell is delicious!
02.01.2022 White choc & strawberry cheesecakes. Just add couple of tablespoons white choc powder to cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with one of the sweet dukkahs to add some crunch.
