18.01.2022 On the Saturday of 21st September, I am thinking of having a Reflexology talk, explaining the history and how it works. Also showing how to do it on yourself and other family members.I would like to know if there are people out there, that would like to understand a little more about it. This would give me some idea whether there would be enough interested to hold a night or day on Reflexology . Reflexology is a tool you can use to help keep your health balanced. If you are interested please private message me. I have been doing Reflexology for around 23 years, and I would like to give people the chance to learn more about. If I get enough interested I will post more on it.

17.01.2022 I have had a few clients with this issue come to me. By massaging the arm and working the tendons has help clients gain use of arm and pain leaves. Elbow tendinitis may be caused from:: Repetitive motion, Heavy lifting, Squeezing and twisting movements, Excessive computer use, Gardening, Tennis, Golf. People that have been diagnosed with tennis elbow as they call it, have a strain injuries which is caused by overuse of the wrist despite the pain being felt on the inside or o...utside part of the elbow.Along the back of your hand are your wrist extensor muscles. These muscles assist with wrist extension which is the motion you would make to push open a door. These muscles run along the bottom side of your forearm and cause your wrist to bend forward or down. The wrist flexor muscles connect to the medial epicondyle in the elbow. Elbow pain can occur when there is overuse in the musculature causing and increase in pain and inflammation of the tendons as well as tendon swelling is known as elbow tendinitis. See more

01.01.2022 As the flu season is approaching fast, and the Coronavirus is here already. I like to ask people to take care, of themselves . All so please be thoughtful as well and if you have any flu like symptoms please cancel appointments and book another appointment some time in the weeks ahead. I am taking steps to insure I am safe as well as my clients. I am making sure I take steps every day to keep my business free of any viruses, so I can keep open to help people. I hope I have not offended any one as it was not meant too. Hope you all can see where I am coming from. Take care and look after your self, and keep healthy and safe.

01.01.2022 Jenny's Therapies Covid - 19 update. As you all would know QLD Health have allowed us to go back. I have assessed this and feel I will give it another week. I will reopen my business on the 11th May. I don't want to go back to early and risk myself or clients, as we all understand its not over yet.... When I do reopen on the 11th May, there will be infection control guidelines, that I will have in place for myself and clients safely. As we know things will take a bit to get back to normal and we need all to stay safe. Take care and I will see you back on the 11th May. Jenny See more

01.01.2022 Like to wish every one a Happy New Year and hope you all have a great one. (Thought for the New Year.) Believe in one self, and allow your soul to take the journey, it's meant to in the New Year. Choose wisely and respect your wishers and those of others. Pick yourself up when down, and fly to great heights up in the sky. Remember you are a special person, and you are cared for by all. Treat your friends, family and others with respect and love and that will return happiness back to you..
