22.01.2022 I wish to advise that my last class for the year will be on Wednesday 14th December. Due to Council amalgamation & unbelievable rent increase with a 4 hour minimum hire with each booking, I will be leaving Don Moore after 20 years. I am currently trying to find another venue to hire in 2017. Please keep checking my website for future updates. Have a safe & happy Xmas & hopefully I will see you in class in 2017.... 12.01.2022 Classes are closed from Monday 8th to Friday 12th Feb. But don't take this as an excuse to sit back and relax. Jump up off the lounge and do some crunches during the ad breaks. Park your car furthest away from the shops entry, those extra steps add up.... See you back in class on Monday 15th Feb.

10.01.2022 As from Monday 4th July 2016, there will be a price increase. Prices are as follows. $15 per class or $35 per week (unlimited classes) $12 per class for full time students or pensioners with weekly classes at $30 ... Sorry for any inconvenience caused

09.01.2022 Classes resume tomorrow ! Welcome all regulars and new comers. Bring a friend and help them start their new years resolution. 2016 you will be stronger and healthier. Live fit, live well.

08.01.2022 I can't believe it's the first day of Winter tomorrow! What happened to Autumn? I can already see a big drop of people in the early morning walks! Sure it's cold, but come on! This is the time to exercise, rug up get out there, come to class & keep fit & healthy. Remember you won't get a cold from the cold, you get a cold from being around sick people, so stay home if you are sick, otherwise stop looking for excuses, get out there & exercise.
