16.01.2022 Small people and their dozers. (I have a big person that loves dozers so I do understand (or not)). This cake was came to life for a little blokes 5th Birthday. Caramel mud filled with butterscotch ganache. All edible other than the dozer rams and exhaust pipes. I Loved bringing this cake together - so much fun.

11.01.2022 This cake had a long journey to get to a very special little girl. Made with love Delicious Choc mud on bottom tier, White Choc middle and unicorn rainbow on the top - just to add that little bit of fun. All covered in delicious Belgium chocolate ganache and fondant.

07.01.2022 So,has been a long time between posts.... life just seems to take hold... I made this cake for my precious grandson for his first birthday. He is a very special little man in our lives, and even though he could not eat the cake, he loved the party atmosphere. This was a chocolate mud filled with chocolate ganache - folks This is my take on ‘Noah’s Ark’.

05.01.2022 Tis the day for Unicorn Cakes . This cake was a very special commission for a great couple. The cake was the vision of Sue, to celebrate very special milestones in their lives, and what is a celebration without the much loved ‘Tango’. This little dog is one very intelligent cookie. I was pleasure to bring Sue’s vision to life, I loved every minute of this job, even a sleepless night or two mixed in there...

04.01.2022 A bag of All-sorts. During our consult this young fellas Mum affectionately referred to her son as a bag of all sorts - hence the theme of the cake. Made for a young bloke that loves all things and life in general, with the Rat Tin (Rum Can) being a big fav. The cake was build around his most favourite things in life. Love doing this cake, was so much fun to do something a little out of e box.... Bottom tier dark choc and the rum can white chocolate mud, all made from delicious Belgium Chocolate.

02.01.2022 This decadent Chocolate Mud cake was made for the local Race Club to celebrate their 90th Anniversary. An edible image was used in top of the cake along with hand crafted race horses doing their thing racingof course. The image was supplied by Louise from Maydennison Cakes and Craft.
