18.01.2022 Day 3 of JEN Regional Road Trip: Part 3: Tourist drive from Batemans Bay to Canberra via the Kings Highway. Nelligen is a great picnic spot by the Clyde River, followed by a pie for lunch at Braidwood Bakery, and the views of the countryside were spectacular. This area was badly hurt in the bushfires and you can see this for kilometres, yet the green is returning and it is beautiful to see cows adjourning the rolling green hills in the rain today. Glimmer of hope after a year of turmoil for this region.
