23.01.2022 Football Netball Photos from 2018 Our Reserves won a premiership. They will be featured in next weeks photos. The Seniors won their first final in a tough game against Natimuk at Edenhope but suffered a disappointing loss in the first semi final. The 17&U netballers also made the finals. We said farewell to Luke Murphy and Sam Cranna who both played some great football during their years at Jeparit Rainbow. Daniel Batson joined as an Assistant coach and made a big impact in his first year .Peter Weir had an outstanding year at centre half back and won the seniors best and fairest.

22.01.2022 Hi everyone, in an upcoming issue of the Argus I would like to run an article on how not having a football and netball in 2020 has affected the players, coaches, members and supporters of our club and the wider community in our area. Looking forward to hearing the views of people of all ages, from junior footballers and netballers, to some of our older supporters. Below you will see a link to a very short survey for Senior Netballers to fill in in regards to JR Storm Netball beyond 2020. I am very appreciative of Jon Fuller for canvasing the junior netballers about their plans for the future. Thank you! However, if you are a junior player that would be playing seniors next year please could you fill out the survey too. 18.01.2022 2020 Memberships With the 2020 Season now cancelled the club is offering three options to those who have paid their membership. Please PM or text Sharyn 0428951090 with your preference. Unfortunately a portion of the Netball membership is paid directly to Netball Victoria and they are not offering refunds for this The committee has decided that if a junior competition gets up and running we will cover memberships for all juniors that wish to play. OPTIONS ... 1. Refund (less processing fees club has incurred from online payment platforms) 2. Credit towards 2021 season 3. Donation towards ongoing club running costs If you have ordered or paid for jumpers/shorts/socks etc these are available and you can arrange delivery/pick up of these items through Sharyn as well. Make your electronic payment before collection please. At this stage they are available in Rainbow from Sharyn at Wimmera Mallee Waste and Ebony at the Jeparit Pharmacy. 15.01.2022 Hi all , there will be junior football training once again for the kids that are keen this Thursday from 5pm in Rainbow , players are to turn up ready to train and to leave after a short meeting to discuss things we can do moving forward this year. The senior season has been cancelled but if any senior players would like to come along and join in that would be great for the kids. The change rooms will be open for the toilets only. Cheers.

07.01.2022 On the back of lengthy discussions with stakeholders, AFL Wimmera Mallee is unfortunately in a position where the proposed Junior structure will have to be canc...elled for 2020. Please understand that this is not an easy decision, as we look to balance the importance of our young players being active and the safety of everyone in the football community and the wider regional community. It has become apparent that to forge ahead with the proposed structure would be putting the players, parents, administrators, volunteers and spectators at risk of catching and transmitting the Coronavirus within the region.
