24.01.2022 Their connection began as flat mates back in March 2017. A friendship grew over meal preparations and late night chats. They could talk about anything, from their insecurities to life achievements and hurdles and even their dating experiences, not to mention Married at First Sight. Something was brewing, but others felt they were in denial about the depth of what was happening between them. When Nishta went home to Mauritius and Peter moved out of the share house, the truth hit home for both of them. Absence can really make the heart grow fonder. Fast forward to this week. Congratulations Nishta and Peter on your beautiful, heartfelt and intimate wedding day. It was a pleasure to witness and capture. @ Gunners Barracks

04.01.2022 Giorgia and Anthony tied the knot on Sunday and gosh they did it beautifully. From their beautiful ceremony led by their celebrant Meggan aka @sydneycelebrantservices under the leaves of the park adjacent Balmain Sailing Club through to the heartfelt reception amazingly catered for by @pascolo.co in the club house. The event was just beautiful. Ant and Giorgia and everyone who contributed must be so proud with what they pulled off. It was a pleasure to document. Anthony’s fam...ily are over in the UK, so they observed via live stream. A sign of the times we’re living in. It felt bitter sweet knowing they could only observe from a distance. I wish I could’ve photographed them too. Meggan mentioned to me that she’s seen marriages spike during covid. Nothing like a pandemic, lockdowns and border closures to remind us what really matters who’s worth cherishing in our lives.
