03.01.2022 There is absolutely no reason you can’t maintain weight and fitness during holidays. If you’re away from the gym, walking (hiking), swimming, cycling and climbing are obvious exercises. Things that are also great exercise include gardening, spring cleaning, building or painting (not Warcraft ). ... The list here is infinite really. Jet skiing, paddle boarding, squash, golf, or even gel balling. Enjoy to the fullest while finding balance will have you flying into 2021 guilt free and one step ahead of the rest. Merry Christmas
