21.01.2022 Hi everyone, I'm still working on the details for the fitness classes at the moment but I would love to invite you all to an essential oil class being held at the hall in Jerry's plains. I discovered Doterra essential oils 1yr ago and they are truly amazing. I had tried various essential oils over the years but never had the healing and powerful effects that Doterra has had. We would like to present and share with you how these therapeutic oils can enhance and improve all areas of your life. In this class we will focus on mood management. So many people have anxiety, depression, stress, people needing help with sleep and something to help them feel Calm and grounded. The oils can also be used on children safely for a variety of problems. Please feel free to share this event with friends and join us at the hall in Jerry's plains.

21.01.2022 This is so true. Who wants to join me in a workout group starting soon? Looking at starting in early August? As you know I have been a personal trainer for a number of years, I have worked at a couple of gyms over the years and also ran a small studio based from home in muswellbrook and ran some circuit and aerobic classes in Muswellbrook. Recently I have been injured in the big storm that came through Jerry's plains earlier this year and I let my insurance go for my personal training. But I need to get out and start moving again myself so I thought a group is always more fun and motivating. So who's with me for a bit of fun, socialising, for health and fitness? Will involve nothing to fast paced at this stage. Will have different modifications and options for different fitness levels.
