23.01.2022 PIE DRIVE FUNDRAISER The Jesmond Public School P&C Association is holding a pie drive fundraiser to raise money for the new sound system in the school hall. Order forms will be sent home with students tomorrow or you can download one from our website. All orders are to be returned to school by Wednesday 22nd July 2020 (Term 3 Week 1) with the correct money (cash only) as no change can be given. Orders must be paid in full.... Orders will sent home with students on Thursday 30th July. The P&C wish to thank you for your support.

20.01.2022 *** Crazy Hair, Hijab & Headwear Day *** Just a reminder that tomorrow is our Crazy Hair, Hijab and Headwear Day. Students are invited to come to school out of uniform with crazy hairstyles, hijabs or headwear and bring a gold coin donation to support Year 6 fundraising efforts. Tomorrow will be the last day for our Christmas Cracker guessing competition so don’t forget to bring along 50 cents for 1 guess or $1 for 3 guesses. Ice blocks will also be on sale for $1 during first half lunch. It will be a very exciting day!

18.01.2022 **Early Stage 1, Stage 1 and K-60 Party Day** Tomorrow each class will be involved in a range of games and activities. Early Stage 1 are going on a treasure hunt and Stage 1 have a disco planned. Students may pack their own party food to enjoy but please note that food cannot be shared. Don’t forget that tomorrow is Pizza Day so if your child has ordered a pizza they will not need to pack their lunch. All students are to wear full school uniform.

06.01.2022 ** No Walking Bus Thursday** Unfortunately, there will be no walking bus tomorrow due to a staff meeting.

05.01.2022 Please remember: Cross Country permission notes are due back tomorrow! The new date for our Cross Country Carnival is Tuesday 20th April, which is the first day back in Term 2 for our students. A new note has been sent home and the permission slip will need to be returned by tomorrow, Thursday 1st April, which is our last day of school before the holidays. We are hoping for a sunny day, parents and carers are welcome to attend. Years 3 to 6 (as well as students turning 8 this year) will be running a circuit in Jesmond Park and Kindergarten to year 2 will be running at school.
