22.01.2022 I find it pretty ironic that I started listening to this book on Audible over a year ago and never completed it. Driven by Distraction by Dr Hallowell is a popular ADHD book. In easy to understand terms, it explains about the disorder, what are common myths, what is true, as well as what are some benefits/positives that come along with having ADHD. One thing I have learnt about myself is that I read best listening to an audiobook but also with a physical copy to follow along and highlight or take notes. So here it is! Finally a physical copy of this book I'm looking forward to finishing.

01.01.2022 Thanks @nikiskerr for the suggestion to check out the icecream @monellagelato we enjoyed Mint Chocolate flavour & another flavour called Goldern Rough, which had vegan chocolate & coconut gelato with chunks of honeycomb & dark chocolate. Both were worth every cent.
