11.01.2022 Check this out - even though all my clients are amazeballs, Ben has smashed it since July last year! He has dropped a total of 9% Body Fat, lost 8kg in mass, lost 9.4kg of fat, lost 9.5cm from his now rock-hard-washboard, and gained 1kg of lean mass. Plus he can now do heaps more strong stuff...great work Ben, such a great effort and a joy to train! Jess
