13.01.2022 2 more sleeps until I start @hiit_capalaba RD40 8 week challenge!! I’m ready and excited to smash this out with my clients & work fam! I’m looking forward to pushing myself out of my comfort zone and gaining structure with my eating again. This is NOT about weight loss at all for me. I haven’t tracked my macros for over a year & the last time I did I was on a bulk, it’s been a very long time since i’ve dieted down. ... I love my body regardless of what It looks like, BUT I am excited to push myself & see what kind of results I can get if I give this challenge 100%! 06.01.2022 DAY ON A PLATE 4 days into my 8 week challenge and I’m feeling good! Eating foods that I enjoy and foods that leave me feeling full. Here is yesterdays full day of eating... Meal 1: Chocolate protein oats topped with blueberries. X2 eggs, avocado, tomato on English wholemeal muffins & a black coffee. Meal two: X2 rice cakes, peanut butter, 1 banana & cinnamon. Meal 3: Tuna, sweet potato & veggies. Meal 4: 150g watermelon & protein shake. Meal 5: Thai green chicken curry with basmati rice. ( I used the FODMAP green curry sauce from coles.. low in cal & also delicious) Meal 6- Peppermint tea & weight watchers chocolate coconut delight bar. Not everyday is the same. I like to switch my meals up so I don’t get bored & also variety is KEY for good/gut health so I try to incorporate other foods into my diet each day. I also like to include more ‘fun’ foods on the weekends.
