23.01.2022 Meal Prep Sunday's!! Prep for me and a 2.75year old! Protein Goji Balls, coconut chilli chicken, turmeric chicken, sweet potato chips, boiled eggs, some sort of oat coconut and strawberry biscuits my kitchens a mess!!!! But my meals won't be this week!

11.01.2022 Hi All, It's with mixed feelings I'm posting this message. I'm going to take a break from holding group sessions in Westbrook. Life in the last 12months as you know has changed for me, a lot. I'm still adjusting and working out what works for Sienna and I. I'm not saying good bye to training, just a break, hopefully I will start up late in the year in town. ... Some of you have been there from the start, 5 years ago and some just this last year . Your loyalty and friendship is what means the most to me. Thank you. Thank you for the laughter and chat back I was so frequently given. Thank you for having faith in me and your constant support.
