19.01.2022 MOTIVATION MONDAY I know this week has started off nice and cold but that is no excuse not to work towards you goals, make you moves in silence and let the hard work do the talking. Take it all as it comes, week by week, day by day, workout by workout. Don't make it over complicated ... Remember goals are achieved if you put the time and effort in to firstly create them and then chase them all the way to the finish line. Remember the feeling of reaching all your previous goals, keep that feeling and use it to push through the next one

Maybe you've relaxed a little over winter and missed a few workouts here and there or stayed in to enjoy the warmth avoiding the cold. Maybe you got sick and just haven't been able to get back into it ... But the time to get back into your routine is NOW, don't say I'll start back next week or spring and summer are still a little while away. Today is as good as any day to get back on track . 03.01.2022 SWEATY SESH SATURDAY The sled Looking for new ideas with the sled, or unsure what to do ... The sled is great for strength and cardio as it combines both together. The sled used in the video itself weights about 20-25kg but you can also add more weight to challenge yourself too. Sled pushes don't just have to be up and down, you can add exercises in-between to break it up and to challenge the body both physically and mentally. I used the 4 by 4 in these vidoes, 4 steps forwards to 4 exercises inbetween, repeating until I had reached the end. You can also incorporate the arms as well too with the use of TRX straps giving the whole body a workout
