12.01.2022 I’m planning to buy an investment property which is more important, capital growth or rental yield? The answer is, they’re both important. If you’re buying ...an investment property then you’ll want to look for something that is predicted to see capital growth in the future. But this is a long-term strategy and, in the meantime, you’ll need to manage mortgage repayments on your investment. For this reason, look for a property that has an annual rental yield of at least 5%. This will help you to manage your cash flow during the years that your investment is maturing. https://coronisfinance.com.au/investment-property-loans/

09.01.2022 In the first few years of your mortgage you'll just be starting out with making repayments, so you may not need extra features like a redraw facility or an offs...et account. With this in mind, it may be better to opt for a loan with a low rate rather than lots of features. Remember, you can always refinance your loan in a few years as your priorities change. There are also several incentives available for First Home Buyers to get closer to owning their dream home, such as the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme and First Home Owner Rates Remission Scheme. With options like these (combined with a perfectly-matched home loan) you'll be on track to living the Australian dream to the fullest. https://coronisfinance.com.au//step-by-step-to-property-o/

05.01.2022 RBA ANNOUNCEMENT The Reserve Bank of Australia in their meeting today decided to maintain the cash rate at its historically record-low of 0.1%, where it’s e...xpected to remain for months to come. Coronis Financial Services Director Tyson James said that there're fears the RBA is developing second thoughts about the initial three-year cash rate freeze as property prices increase nationally. "This surge is driven by pent-up property demand, amplified by the fear of missing out, a powerful driver," Mr Tyson said. "With the addition of government incentives and low-interest rates, needless to say, we are experiencing demand outstripping supply, evident by the cues to view open homes on the weekends. "We don't anticipate this demand to ease any time soon with our database reflecting plenty of downwards movement on home loan rates in February. Last month, 15 lenders like ANZ, Bankwest, BOQ, CUA, ING, and NAB cut 53 variable home loan rates by an average of 0.25 percentage points. "With such high property demand mixed with frequent interest rate changes, makes me implore everyone to get a mortgage broker in your corner now more than ever!" Thinking of buying or refinancing? It is a great opportunity to take advantage of the record-low interest rates: https://coronis.apply-online.com.au #coronis #finance #mortgageloan
