19.01.2022 Truth to me is knowing, knowing when I feel good, knowing when I feel bad, knowing when the things in my life just arent right. The truth to me is trusting in my own thoughts, trusting in my own experience of this world. I remember being inside each and everyday as the beautiful sun and fresh air would pass me by. I remember acting out of a sense of obligation that directly contradicted my own feelings and experiences. I decided to make change! I decided to trust myself and... the world around me! Have you decided to make change? Do you think and feel things that you dont represent with your words or actions? Are you ready to take control of your life and Be the very best version of yourself? If this is you then I want to meet you, I want to talk to you and I want to assist you in making your life the very best it can be!

13.01.2022 Thank you Dylan Markwick for your kind words! Dylan and I have just completed a 1 month program and I couldnt be happier with our time spent together! This is what Dylan had to say about our time together: Jesse walks his talk, and carries a potent energy of Truth. I attended 4 weekly sessions with him, and found a deeper clarity to the emotional roots of the topics I brought into the sessions with me. Jesse held a consistent space of compassion and non-judgement, and w...as kind in his manner of highlighting the Truth that he observed. This reflection helped me to release some of the emotions I was holding just under the surface, and to get grounded in the simple truths of the matters. I found his structure and method (the Cycle of Truth) to be a powerful tool! I would highly recommend working with Jesse if you want to get clearer with the Truth that you hold within you - simple answers that we all already have, yet can be so hard to find because we are looking in the wrong direction.
