21.01.2022 Today is #AusMusicTshirtDay... proudly wearing one of my tribes @Skyeaters Tshirt... this is a Support Act initiative that offers counselling and crisis support for arts workers. You can donate here https://www.ausmusictshirtday.org.au/ But also want to acknowledge that today is Transgender Rememberance Day as part of #TransAwarenessWeek, a day to celebrate but also a day to bring awareness to the persecution and violence that still adversely affects Trans and Gender Diverse... people across the globe. https://buff.ly/32Z5Mcu And also just as importantly today in Australia is White Ribbon Day, which is a day to talk about domestic and family violence, which is sadly still inherent in our communities. We know that this kind of violence thrives in secrecy, so it is important to shed a light on it. 21.01.2022 Reuniting with the inimitable rhythm section of TK Dread and Hugh Jones this weekend for the first time since our final tour run back in March. You can catch us back at the Beach Hotel, Byron Bay this Friday the 4th from 830pm-late. And then Saturday the 5th from 3pm at the Sheoak Shack Gallery Cafe in Fingal hds for family friendly vibes at a magical riverside joint - $10 entry. Kids free. Sooo stoked for these shows. 08.01.2022 For some of our tribe the next few months are going to be a challenge... surviving as an artist has it struggles but being resilient is a strength that we all tend to have acquired along the way... most of us are growing food, living humbly and in some cases fermenting our own wine! We will ride this patch of no work out while writing, practicing and building master-pieces in our hideaways...
