25.01.2022 Thanks for watching me whip up this banana, walnut and date loaf. When I went to put it in the oven I realised I missed the walnuts (was meant to put them in with the dates ) that was ok though just stirred them in while still in the pan. Perfect with a cuppa

I’ve had the absolute joy of helping so many people change their lives with Thermomix, met new friends, tried so much new food, learnt to tackle the virtual world doing Facebook lives all while having an absolute blast! 05.01.2022 Do you struggle to get enough veggies in your meals? I know I do sometimes it can feel like Im eating salad all day to get five serves in thats why I love to add extras in to my sauces. Adds all those extra nutrients without munching on salad all day long. Would you believe this sauce I used for enchiladas has carrot, zucchini, spinach and mushrooms as well as the usual tomato and onions! Amazing! And you cant taste any of it so perfect for smuggling those extra veggies

01.01.2022 I managed to score myself a massive cauliflower for $1.50 so perfect chance to make the creamy cauliflower and chicken soup. Changed it up a little bit by marinating my chicken in tandoori paste from yesterdays live, before cooking. Served with masala bread rolls it hit the spot
