20.01.2022 The road is hard, but it’s honestly worth it! I often say to myself why didn’t I do this earlier? ... When I think back on the START my journey I remember it being S@!T ! I hated every minute of it I was soo hard on myself & never gave myself credit for the changes I made. I literally bawled my eyes out over my sister eating pizza one night (many nights) , as I was eating chicken and salad! I wouldn’t go out for tea or a drink with friends. I argued with my best friend every morning about getting up and going to our gym classes. There were days that I ate nothing & there were days where I ate too much! BUT all off a sudden something clicked, I had pushed though all my Barriers, i had used every excuse in the book! I had nothing left so I just kept going! One day the exercise started to become easier and I felt like I needed a challenge I was meeting my bestie at the gym on time everyday! I started to pick salad over pizza without even thinking. I go out with friends and eat guilt free regularly. I was notice my body changes and starting to accept compliments! My whole point to this story is that YOU have to want the change! YOU have to work hard mentally & physically! YOU are the creator of your own life. YOU control those thoughts in your head. YOU will be rewarded. YOU only get one body, use it wisely
