25.01.2022 4 WEEK INTENSIVE RESULTS This year we ran our first ever *Four Week Intensive*. A weight loss focussed program helping to EDUCATE rather than spoon feed. It was a program that included training plans, nutrition, hypnotherapy, NLP, world renowned guest speakers, daily accountability calls & a lovely dinner to celebrate and round out the month long journey....
