20.01.2022 Happiness Challenge 2021 . For those of you who follow along with my Instagram stories, you will know that last week I took part in the @happylawyerhappylife Happiness Challenge for 2021. Each day I was provided with a new challenge, to help set myself up for a happier professional year. This included planning my holidays (I have my fingers and toes crossed a few festivals I have tickets to will go ahead this year!), organising my office ...(many @gormanclothing planters and @glasshouse candles), setting out some health goals and new hobbies! The challenge highlighted the importance of not just articulating but also writing down and committing to goals which promote a healthier lifestyle.
